Get to Know Sarah

Sarah is a Registered Nurse and Holistic health coach specializing in Hormones and Holistic Nutrition. She found a love for health, wellness, and the power of nourishing foods in 2021 when she began struggling with her own health journey. In 2022 she left her full time Nursing job to pour her heart & soul into her business, SimplySarahHealing, where she empowers women to take control of their health and wellness through hormonal balance and nutritional guidance. When Sarah is not coaching her clients, or working on her podcast she loves to spend time at the beach, reading a good book, or spend time at a local coffee shop. Sarah is very passionate about serving her local community and encouraging those to live and lead a lifestyle that feels authentic and true!


What's your favorite product at Extract Juicery? 

 Definitely the Choco-nuts smoothie, but the Morning Java is a close second! 

What is health & fitness so important to you?

To me, health and fitness are things we don't think about often until we no longer have them. It is a huge blessing to be able to move our bodies in ways we enjoy as well as live and lead healthy lifestyles. To make the choice to be as healthy as possible allows us to truly enjoy every opportunity that life throws our way!                                 

Are you a Juice or Smoothie type of person? 

100% a smoothie gal!

Interesting Fact about you?  

 I haven't purchased bread from the grocery store in almost two years! I make my own sourdough at home every single week! 

Favorite thing to do in St. Johns? 

 I absolutely LOVE to attend the local farmers markets or take walks on the beach with my pups & husband

Definitely a podcast! I'm either editing my own episode or listening to anything about health & wellness!!
