Rylan Munson

Rylan is a professional Supercross/Motocross racer and he is originally from Black Forest, Colorado. He moved down to Florida when he was 18 to further pursue his racing career. When he's not training or racing, he really enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and his dog, playing golf, and hanging out at the beach! He has a really big passion for fitness and nutrition, so that makes his life a lot easier when it comes to training off the motorcycle!

Why is health and fitness so important to you?

Health and Fitness is extremely important to me because it dictates my whole career and life. The healthier I am the more fit and strong I can be and the better I can be on my motorcycle.
