What is health & fitness so important to you?

My lineage includes generations of illness due to poor lifestyle choices. Whether that be addiction to food, drugs, or alcohol, they are all chains that deplete your body of life. I am breaking generational curses by modeling good health for my children and striving to make simple and clean changes in our daily life.

Are you a Juice or Smoothie type of person?

EVERYDAY. I juice at make smoothies at home. My diet consists of one juice shot, one juice, and one smoothie daily.

Interesting Fact about you?

I had three kids in one year! That's right twins, and another one exactly a year later. What a toll that took on my body! Now I am seeking ways to rejuvenate it and energize it to take care of the Irish triplets!

Favorite thing to do in Wheaton? 

I live in St. Johns, but I was born in Chicago! Lived there 10 years. My favorite thing is to shop on Michigan Avenue. Even as a small child! Haha
